Between 1835 and 1836, Texans fought for their independence from Mexico. The most famous battle of the war centered around The Alamo, which was a missionary station that had been turned into a fort.

This knife is the exciting replica of a Bowie knife exhibited in the Alamo museum. Its blade has a number of unusual features: it curves to an extreme point and a plate of shining brass encases the back. In matching brass, the ends of the crossguard curve gracefully in opposite directions. The genuine wooden grip is straight at the side of the back but on the side of the sharp edge, it is slightly wavy for an improved grip. Our Alamo Bowie knife comes with a matching sheath in brown leather.
